A pretty dark morning in Foxford, slightly cooler as well. Its getting that September feeling. The fish are becoming a little more active and I know of two local anglers who had good success on the prawn yesterday. Overall it has been a quiet few weeks on the river, I have a feeling that will change after the weekend especially if we get rain as promised on Sunday. For today the prawn will be the best method, there is a possibility with bubble and fly but the wind is just not right at the moment.
