A dry morning so far in Foxford but it is looking like we will have some rain later. The river is in very nice condition, now at 0.5m at Ballylahan bridge. It is suitable for all methods. Prawn and spinning will work from Foxford downstream, further up on East Mayo Anglers waters the fly rod or bubble and fly would be worth a try. Looking at the week ahead, the weather is mixed and we could see further rises in water levels. For anyone hoping to do a bit of fishing before the season ends, I would take any opportunity Now while conditions suit.
