A foggy morning again in Foxford, can’t see the river. It starting to look like we will have some rain in the coming days. Its difficult to say how much and exactly what days it will fall. Met Eireann says rain tonight and into tomorrow while Windy gives Sunday as wet with heavy thunder showers. It looks wet again mid next week, so safe enough to say that we will soon have water. For anyone planning a trip I would hold off for another week or two, it will only get better. I think the last two weeks of September we will see some exceptional fishing. For today, conditions should be ok for bubble and fly, Prawn will certainly work.
