A grey overcast sort of morning in Foxford, its looking like a breezy day with some showers ahead. The river is looking better, now at 0.54m at Ballylahan bridge, it is dropping nicely in Foxford. Again today spin and Prawn will be the best methods. A heavy flying C will work but if you have an old spoon in your box don’t be afraid to give it a try, September was always a month for using big spoons. I would also fish a little closer to the bank than normal (Just saying 😉). The shop is open today from 8am to Noon and will re open at 8am on Tuesday morning.
