An overcast morning in Foxford with a nice breeze, quite a nice morning for fishing. The river is in good condition, 0.6m at Ballylahan bridge. It is still pretty high from Foxford downstream but fish should now be slowing up a little. There’s a few more anglers appearing on the banks and I would expect to see better returns this week. For today all methods are worth a try, bubble and fly on East Mayo or Cloongee this morning while we have the cloud and breeze. Trout fishing on Loughs Conn and Cullin is good at the moment and this should continue for the next while. We will be open from 8am to Noon today and will be re open on Tuesday morning at 8am
