A bright dry morning in Foxford. There was a little bit of fog on the river earlier but its burning off now. Water levels from Foxford downstream are ideal and all the fisheries North of Foxford should be worth a try today, prawn and worm will be the best methods. Further upstream the levels are low and in the bright weather it is difficult. The forecast for tomorrow is for some rain and cloud with a south west wind which could all help. Reports from the Loughs would suggest that the May fly has started to hatch, we should see a few good weeks trout fishing ahead.
