Neiphin from Colemans shallows Lough Conn
Lunch on Lough Conn, More to fishing than catching fish

A nice morning in Foxford, little bit of cloud. The river is in excellent condition 0.45m at Ballylahan bridge and suitable for all methods. I was on Lough Conn yesterday and did not get home until near dark so I’m not sure how the river fished. Conn was quiet, we managed to get a few small trout in glaring sunshine but as we have all said at some point a bad days fishing is better than a good day working, I would happily head out there again today. Down to the last two days of the salmon season, go for it.
