Thursday Sept 1st

The Fishing has been slow for the past few weeks, this may be partially due to the small numbers of Anglers on the water at this moment. Most of the anglers that are on the water are still seeing good numbers of fish showing. Most of these fish have been in the river for some weeks but some fish that have been hanging around the estuary are making their way upstream. There has been some heavy rain here this morning and this will show in the river by tomorrow morning. The outlook for the coming days is hard to predict with some more heavy rains forecast for the weekend..
