A bright morning in Foxford with an occasional shower forecast. The river crept up a little overnight and is now at 0.78m at Ballylahan bridge. It will not rise much more and should be suitable for all methods. In the early part of the day worm and spin will be the best methods. Over the past few days the salmon appear to have gone off the take, lots been seen and not so many been caught. Hopefully this fresh drop of water may change things.
