Looks like another sunny day ahead in Foxford. Difficult salmon angling weather at the moment and we are basically back to early morning and late evening for the best chance of a fish. Salmon generally get sulky at this time of year and this weather now will not help. Looking at the long range forecast this will be the situation for the week. There will of course be opportunities and moments when its good, the difficulty is predicting them and been there at the right time. It might be a good week to explore alternatives or work on brownie points for next month, i’m sure theres grass to cut and houses to paint 🙂 . For today prawn will be the best method and some of the deeper stretches may be best to try.
