A blustry damp morning in Foxford and it looks like we did have rain overnight. I have a measure at the shop and will check when I get there but I’m guessing 12 to 15mm. This would be enough to put a good shot of water through the system. I see the river Deel is already starting to rise and the Moy will be rising by mid afternoon. For anyone in the area, the next few hours could be very good for spinning. If you have time I would recommend getting out soon. The river will get very dirty by this evening and the next day or two could be difficult due to the worm ban. I will update here this evening or early tomorrow morning. The shop is open all day today but will NOT be open Sunday or Monday. We will re open at 8am on Tuesday morning.
