A cloudy morning with a little bit of mist in Foxford, looks like an OK morning for fishing. The river is in very nice condition, 0.43m at Ballylahan bridge and suitable for all methods. The water has cleared out well and for anyone fishing downstream of Foxford the prawn will be worth a try. Further upstream, providing it stays cloudy and we have some wind, bubble and fly should work. The trout fishing on Lough Conn is good at the moment with a good mix of flies hatching and trout rising freely.
