A dull and breezy morning in Foxford and still a few showers hanging around as we head into the last weekend of the season. We did not get the rainfall that some areas had yesterday. The bit we did have will rise levels but i’m not expecting a big flood. The river is now at 0.3m at Ballylahan bridge and I imagine it will reach 0.5 later today. Every little helps and any fresh water running through the system should excite the fish that are lying in pools. Today could be a good day to try some spinning
