Another mixed morning in Foxford, not so much sun and nice fishing conditions so far. We did have showers last night and some of these could have been heavy but so far there does not seem to be any change in the water levels. The river is now at 0.4m at Ballylahan bridge. For now it will be suitable for all methods. As expected there are now more salmon in the upper parts of the river and I was speaking to one visiting angler yesterday who had three on the fly yesterday.
