A wet morning in Foxford and the forecast is for some showers throughout the day, possibly heavy at times. The river is now at 0.85m at Ballylahan bridge. It is likely to rise more by evening. It is coloured and today will be difficult. Worm will be the best method. Depending on how much more rain falls today,  tomorrow afternoon and the remainder of the week should be good for fishing. I will up date this later today when i know whats happening.

Update @ 16.30 : No significant rainfall during the earlier part of the day. The river leveled of at 1m at Ballylahan and has started to clear. It should be in good condition in the morning providing we don’t get a lot of rain tonight.
