A fresh breezy morning in Foxford, still no sign of any significant rain. So far we have had 2 salmon reported from yesterday and both were taken on Bubble and Fly. Bubble and fly and prawn are likely to be the best methods today as water levels continue to fall, it is now at 0.3m at Ballylahan Bridge. Reports of fish moving are good with most anglers seeing fish, tides are still big and there is plenty of water for fish to run. Fisheries downstream of Foxford like Rinnanney, Gannons and Armstrongs should see an improvement in catches as fish start to hold back.
