A wet afternoon yesterday and into last night has put a lot of water into the river. It is now at 1.8m at Ballylahan bridge and still rising. It is coloured in Foxford. It is likely that the river will continue to rise for the next few hours at least. Today will be difficult on the Moy. Hopefully as the weekend approaches and the weather improves conditions will change for the better.
