In general the past few days have been quiet on the river, a mix of springers and Grilse been taken but no big numbers. As we move towards the end of the month and with good water levels Grilse numbers will increase steadily. Water levels are up slightly this morning, 0.67m at Ballylahan bridge. Although slightly coloured in Foxford this will only do good. All methods will work but there should be a better chance of fish on Spinners on any part of the river today.
