A few of the fish from yesterday. Three on the fly and two on bait. The one in the net went on to fight another day.

A bright morning in Foxford but this will change later. The forecast is for rain some of which could be heavy. This rain will not have an effect of angling today. It may rise tomorrow but with more good weather promised it should be in good condition for the weekend. Yesterday was another relatively quiet day on the river. We did get reports of a few salmon been caught and anglers also reported seeing fish moving. Water levels and conditions in general are good, 0.63m at Ballylahan bridge and clear. Fly and prawn will be the best methods today.
